1. Introduction

Welcome to the HEY Suite. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of HeyOS and all related HEY-branded micro-SaaS tools operated by:

By using any HEY service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

2. Definitions

  1. "HEY Suite" refers to all products and services branded as HeyOS, HeyProof, HeyFileDrop, HeyMetrica, HeyBionic, HeyChecker, HeyToolKit, or any future HEY tools.
  2. "Service" refers to any functionality provided by the HEY Suite.
  3. "User", "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
  4. "We", "Us", "Company" refers to Start Me Hub Srl.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our Services.

Use of the HEY Suite is prohibited for minors under 16 years old, in compliance with GDPR.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information
  2. Keep your login credentials confidential
  3. Be responsible for all activities carried out under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use HEY tools in compliance with all applicable laws and not to:

  1. Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  2. Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
  3. Misuse widgets, analytics, notifications, or file-handling systems
  4. Use the Services for spam, fraud, or abusive activities

We may monitor usage to ensure security and integrity.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate through the Services.

By uploading content, you grant Start Me Hub Srl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  1. Store, process, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to service operation.

7. Payment, Subscriptions & Billing

Some Services require a paid subscription.

7.1. Payment Processors

Payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Paddle, LemonSqueezy).

You agree to their terms and conditions as part of your subscription.

7.2. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

7.3. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

  1. Refunds are not offered for subscription renewals not canceled in time.
  2. You are responsible for managing your billing preferences via your account dashboard.

7.4. Taxes

Prices may not include VAT or other taxes, which may be applied depending on jurisdiction.

8. Service Availability & Updates

We strive to keep all HEY tools available, but we do not guarantee:

  1. Uninterrupted service
  2. Error-free functionality
  3. Permanent availability of specific features

We reserve the right to:

  1. Add, modify, or remove features
  2. Make updates or improvements
  3. Discontinue parts of the Services

We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions or feature changes.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Some tools allow integration with third-party services (social networks, analytics, payment systems, APIs).

You acknowledge that:

  1. Use of integrations is optional
  2. Data exchanged is governed by third-party policies
  3. We are not responsible for third-party failures or data misuse

You must ensure you have the right to use any integrated service.

10. Intellectual Property

All HEY Suite platforms, trademarks, software code, logos, design elements, and documentation are the exclusive property of:

You agree NOT to:

  1. Copy or reproduce any part of the platform
  2. Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services without written permission
  3. Reverse engineer or modify proprietary code
  4. Use HEY trademarks without authorization

All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

11. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

  1. Host malware, viruses, or malicious code
  2. Collect or store personal data unlawfully
  3. Send unsolicited messages or spam
  4. Perform scraping or automated extraction of data
  5. Interfere with or overload system infrastructure

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

  1. You violate these Terms
  2. You misuse the platform
  3. Required by law or regulatory request

Upon termination:

  1. Access to your account and data may be revoked
  2. We may delete or retain your data according to our Privacy Policy

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available"
  2. We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
  3. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  4. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Start Me Hub Srl from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from:

  1. Your misuse of the Services
  2. Violation of these Terms
  3. Violation of any law or third-party rights

15. GDPR & Privacy Compliance

Use of the HEY Suite is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of:

Macerata, Italy

Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

When changes are significant, we will notify users via email or in-app notice.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
